In this statement it's trying to say and tell us that no matter what you do you must always do the right thing and choose the right thing to do in life. like it said " in any moment of decision the best thing you can do is the right thing." You can choose the right thing in life for you that's if you choose the right ex: you fail on a test and the teacher says you can come after school and retake it class . you have the right to go or just go home, but if you do choose the right the right thing going to happen you might pass the test this time.
