5 Tips for a Healthy


  • Must not have much of fast food
  • Must not smoke at all
  • Must be active in all time 
  • Maintain a healthy body weight 
  • Reduce your Stress
I'm start running and be more active and go out with friends and play some sports and run around and not eat that much fast food and junk food out there. Must not eat junk food and be more active to let my stress out.
