What this quote is telling us is that you can be all the way in the bottom but then you try hard and never give up and you can be up there someday you just really need to try it and not fail in life. If you know your not doing good and school but you do noting about it that's choosing the wrong , but if you know you have bad grades and your trying your best in tell you don't have any bad grades anymore that's choosing the right.
